Heraud Associates was founded in 1997 by Conrad Heraud who holds a Masters of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand.  In the early nineties, Conrad attended Hiroshima and Okayama Universities on a Japanese Government Research Scholarship and pioneered research into Innovative Thinking and its bottom-line implications for organizations.
